Booking request
Booking starts with accurate service, location and contact details. An appointment is confirmed only after the request is accepted and the customer is contacted.
Quotation
A quote may be estimated before inspection. What the price includes, along with materials, equipment, limits and exclusions are clarified before work.
Payment
Payment method and timing are confirmed with the request. Keep payment evidence and never send sensitive card data through forms.
Deposits
Some materials, crane or moving jobs may require a deposit. The amount and conditions are explained before payment.
Additional work
Work that was not agreed in advance is not completed without informing the customer and obtaining approval for added cost and time.
Invoices
Invoices or financial documents are available according to the legal information entered and applicable requirements.
